Chloé was born in Asuncion, Paraguay and comes from a French-Paraguayan family. She moved to the US at the age of 7 and soon after began taking dancing and singing lessons.Chloé studied Musical Theatre at the American Musical Dramatics Academy in New York City before moving back to Miami where she entered the world of voice over.In 2019, Chloé moved to Los Angeles where she has been working both as a voice actress and on-camera actress. Her voice can be heard in Hotel Transylvania 4 and video games such as Starfield & Horizon Forbidden West. She has also dubbed a number of series such as La Casa de las Flores on Netflix and El Galan on Hulu.In 2021, she created the company Sister Alchemy LLC along with her sister Arami.
