Greetings from Bali !
These past two months have been quite incredible to say the least & I couldn't be more grateful of the opportunities.
After an amazing run of The Video Games at the NYC International Fringe Festival in September, I through all my belongings in a NY storage and was off to the sunny south Florida to tackle the audition season there with my incredible new agency, UMT, and what a successful month it was!!
At my second audition in Florida, my sister Arami and I both booked a commercial for Florida Tourism Ad. We had to act like we were having fun on an airboat ride out in the stunning Everglades, acting never seemed so easy! I cannot emphasize enough the blessing that it is to be hired to work alongside my sister and best friend. The crew was a joy to work with and we can't wait to see the finished product. Just one week later, my sister and I went in for another audition, this time for the Southeastern Grocer's new Hispanic Supermarket: Fresco & Mas!
While we both went in for the roles of pedestrians, the script ended up being re-written to cast us together as the driver (myself) and the megaphone guy - now a girl, my sister!
We had an absolute blast shooting this commercial! Here's the final product:

It's safe to say that these past few month in Miami have been more successful than I could have imagined. Between the work and the weather, I think I'll wait a bit before heading back to NYC...
